When you downgrade your account, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access to your current plan's features until the next billing date. After that date, your account will switch to the downgraded plan and you'll be charged the new rate.
Account upgrades take effect immediately. You'll gain instant access to all features of your new plan as soon as the upgrade is processed. Your payment method will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
When you upgrade, we calculate the prorated cost based on the time remaining in your current billing period. Your next billing date remains the same, but the amount will reflect your new plan. For example, if you upgrade halfway through your billing cycle, you'll be charged for half a month of the price difference between plans.
If you upgrade and then downgrade before your next billing date, you'll keep the upgraded features until the end of your current billing period. The downgrade will take effect on your next billing date.
Yes, we offer refunds for annual subscriptions within 15 days of purchase or renewal. Please contact our customer support team (info@stockaivisor.com) to process your refund request. After the 15-day period, refunds are not available for annual subscriptions.
No, we do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time, and your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
To request a refund for an annual subscription within the 15-day window, please contact our customer support team with your account information from info@stockaivisor.com. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment method.
Downgrading from an annual to a monthly plan doesn't automatically trigger a refund. If you're within the 15-day refund period for annual subscriptions, you may request a refund and then subscribe to the monthly plan. Otherwise, your annual plan will remain active until its expiration date.
